This wine comes from a selection of AOC Languedoc parcels located in the area around the Château Bas d'Aumelas vineyard. The yield is 40 hl/ha.
90% Grenache blanc and 10% Vermentino
Pressing then cold settling. First alcoholic fermentation in vats with temperature control. Foaming using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. The base for this wine is our Barathym Blanc.
Aged for 9 months in lying-down bottles.6 g/l sugar
Golden colour. The nose reveals aromas of white peach, jasmine and sweet almonds. The palate is vinous and smooth. The fine bubbles reveal a well-balanced effervescent.Enjoy it as an aperitif or on any festive occasion, with seafood, fish or white meat.
