Hand-picked to select the best berries on the plot. Vinification using separate grape varieties, with a 4-week maceration period and daily punching down and pumping over. During vinification, we add no inputs and use only indigenous yeasts.
6 months in vats to preserve the wine's freshness and delicacy.
An elegant wine with a fruity nose and hints of undergrowth. On the palate, a few minutes' aeration reveals a well-balanced wine with mellow tannins, giving way to aromas of red fruit and spices.
a wine without added sulphites should be enjoyed young (2 to 3 years).
